Maher Atassi, DMD
Dr. Atassi has an impressive background and a wealth of experience in prosthodontics and implant dentistry. He obtained his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Tufts University, School of Dental Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts, in 1996. His dedication to excellence led him to further specialize in Prosthodontics, and he received his certificate in this specialty from the University of California, San Francisco in 2000.
In addition to his formal education, Dr. Atassi's desire to advance his skills and knowledge is truly remarkable. He was awarded a scholarship in June 2000, which allowed him to pursue extensive surgical and restorative training in implant dentistry at Harvard School of Dental Medicine, completing his fellowship in implant dentistry in September 2001.
Dr. Atassi served as the director of the Oral Structure and Function course at Harvard School of Dental Medicine, where he provided clinical supervision to dental students and guided problem-based learning group tutorials. Furthermore, he was a full-time faculty member at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, where he taught fixed, removable, and implant prosthodontics, along with operative dentistry.
A key aspect that sets Dr. Atassi apart is his personal objective to stay at the forefront of dental technology. He believes in utilizing AI and digital technology to provide patients with faster, more accurate, and higher quality dental care. Outside the office Dr. Atassi enjoys spending quality time with his wife and three daughters and has a passion for various sports, including tennis, swimming, and cycling.
